Your horse feels everything

So does your nervous system

Sport and performance psychology for equestrian athletes offered virtually for riders throughout California and Oregon.

We will work together to help you move from self-doubt to self-trust, and away from survival mode and back into the joy you once felt while riding.

I'm Dr. Caroline Vetter, a licensed Clinical and Sport psychologist. As a lifelong equestrian, I know the language, the feel and the nuance of our sport. Working together means you don’t have to spend time explaining what a distance is or what the centerline is, we can skip the context and get straight to working on how to support your riding.

You’re at the barn as often as you can be. You love your horse and know them better than anyone. And yet what used to bring you joy, peace and presence, now leaves you feeling nervous on the drive to the barn, confidence slips away at the mounting block and after your lesson you can’t seem to stop criticizing yourself.

You don't have to push through alone and you don't have to be in crisis to deserve support.
